Ceramic Grade I
It is a least expansion and distortion sand suitable for oil passage cores, oil channel cores, hollow camshaft, solenoid valve body, pneumatic valve body, hydraulic valve body, water cooled baring housing, diesel locomotive water jacket core (Wall Thickness of 2 mm).
Ceramic Grade II
It is a low expansion sand suitable for critical water jacket & block like Fiat water jacket & block, 6 cylinder blocks & water jacket core, Cummins water jacket. Caterpillar head (Wall thickness between 2.5mm- 4.5mm)
Ceramic Grade III
It is suitable for barrel core, water jacket cores for cylinder head, port cores, ring port core, ventilated brake disc, turbine housing.Â
Water Jacket
Different Grades A, B, C, D for various type of castings such as Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, Water Jacket, Manifold & Hollow pipes with good surface finish and excellent collapsibility.
BLG
It is suitable for Turbine housing castings where the thickness of the core varies from 3″ to ½ “. The cores will not break when the casting is poured. Also suitable for Valve Guide, Rocker Arm, Crankshaft, Camshaft etc. The sand exhibits slow rate of gas evolution.
Low Nitrogen Sand
This Grade is suitable for Alloy Steel Castings, such as Tooth Points, Anchors, Valve Bodies. The sand has low nitrogen content and gives good surface finish. The sand exhibits slow rate of gas evolution.
SS203
Different Grades A, B, C, D for various type of castings such as Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, Water Jacket, Manifold & Hollow pipes with good surface finish and excellent collapsibility.
