This Grade is suitable for Alloy Steel Castings, such as Tooth Points, Anchors, Valve Bodies. The sand has low nitrogen content and gives good surface finish. The sand exhibits slow rate of gas evolution.

Good H.T.S. and gives high C.T.S.
Good surface finish very near to investment casting.
Rejections are very low. Low gas & Low Nitrogen content.
Cores do not crack while joining by screws.
No porosity in the cores as the sand has good flowability.
Breakages of cores is reduced and so sand consumption is reduced.
